What we collect

We only receive information when you submit it yourself, directly, through one of the forms on this site — the contact form or the free consultation booking form. That's the full list. We do not collect anything else about you.

• Your full name
• Your phone number or WhatsApp number
• Your email address
• The topic or service you selected (e.g. "Permanent Residency," "Work Permit")
• Any message or notes you choose to include
• If booking a call, your preferred time to speak

How your information reaches us

When you submit a form, its contents are sent directly to our team's email inbox. We do not maintain a separate database or CRM that stores your submission outside of that email — the form data goes to us, and that's where it stays, in the same place any email you sent us directly would land.

What we use it for

We use the information you submit for exactly one purpose: to respond to you.

• To reply to your question or message
• To confirm and prepare for a booked consultation
• To follow up if you've asked us to

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing or newsletter list without you separately asking us to.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or trade your information to anyone
• We don't share it with third parties, except a service we use solely to deliver form submissions to our inbox (see below)
• We don't track your browsing activity across other websites
• We don't build advertising profiles based on your information

Third-party services we use

To deliver form submissions to our email, we use a third-party email delivery service. That service processes the data only long enough to send it to us as an email — it is not used by that provider for advertising, and we do not grant it any other access to information about you.

This site may also load fonts and images from external providers (such as Google Fonts) as part of normal page loading. These providers may see a basic technical request for a font or image file, in the same way any website you visit causes your browser to request files from wherever they're hosted — this is separate from, and unrelated to, the personal information you submit through our forms.

Your rights

Since we only hold what you've sent us by email, you're always in control of it. You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have from you
• Delete a previous submission from our inbox
• Stop contacting you about a prior inquiry

Just email or call us using the details below, and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults handling their own or their family's immigration matters. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. We won't change what we do with your information without saying so here first.
